Our passion is for BIM as a process, not just a technology. We believe that BIM models provide the basis for leaps forward in communication power, ensuring the efficiency and reliability of design, construction and facilities management.

Cadnet’s BIM services help customers to develop and detail intelligent building models, whilst benefitting from our experience and understanding. We ensure that each customer has a tailored BIM strategy which enables BIM model templates and a BIM library to be created.

More importantly our aim is to use BIM to develop a lifecycle strategy for the building(s) being designed.
