3D Revit Modelling

3D Revit models are increasingly required by building contractors as part of an installation contract. It requires specialist technical modelling expertise to create and can be a time-consuming process.

Therefore if you do need to create a 3D Revit model as part of your construction or installation, why not seek the support of our team to create an accurate 3D model to meet your contract commitments on time and on budget?

Technical 3D Revit modelling expertise

Revit® is the leading BIM authoring software and we have considerable knowledge and experience developed over the last 10 years. We can take your survey data in 2D CAD plans or point cloud formats and create your 3D Revit® model.

Revit models created to industry standards

The model will be created in line with industry standards PAS 1192:2 and 1192:3 and can then be supplied for federating into a BIM project information model or asset information model as required. Metadata can also be incorporated into the model to support COBie or customer specific data exchange standard. Such requirements are best specified at the outset.

Reliable, accurate and timely delivery

By using Cadnet as an external resource you can be confident in achieving predictable outcomes in terms of time, cost and quality and meet your contract commitments.

The timescales and exact deliverables will vary depending on your project, so we strongly recommend that you create a clear set of Employers Information Requirements. These should cover the specific details of your project in terms of who, what, when where and how data should be created and delivered. We can help you develop your EIRs if needed.
