Output from space reports program.

This image shows the output from a typical space database built up from the type of drawing shown on this page.

Our software presents data from individual rooms and regions into recognisable cost centre and locational structures ideal for planning and presentation needs.

Typical residential floor plan

The drawing shown here demonstrates the type of drawings we produce for property owners who wish to record their buildings electronically. The drawing forms the basis for all future space data which is held within the drawing and dynamically attached to each room. As the room changes so does the space data associated with it.

Typical mapped floor plan

The coloured areas of this drawing show the different occupants (cost centres) located with the building. Each cost centre's total space utilisation is calculated from their shaded area. In addition to space data we can record condition, type of use, finish, carpeting, data/comms and a host of user defined labels.

Cost Centre breakdown across an entire estate.

This image shows the output from our space reporting module presenting a break down of every cost centre within an entire estate. Each cost centre has its space broken down in a number of predefined types ranging from administrative, through retail to manufacturing.

Additional space data associated to mapped areas.

Each room or region can have a number of data tags added to accurately describe the space in every detail. This graphic shows the condition of a cost centres spaces on a single floor of their head quarters building.

Percentage of space utilisation.

This drawing is used to illustrate the percentage of space types used within a building. Some of clients use this data to plan future buildings based on their understanding of how a good building is made up.
